Commercial building cleaning pricing in Eden Prairie is driven by four variables: the square footage of the spaces being cleaned, the frequency of service, the service type (common area, restroom program, or day porter), and whether the contract runs year-round or on a seasonal adjusted schedule. We don't publish fixed per-square-foot rates because a 30,000 sq ft Class A lobby building and a 30,000 sq ft light-industrial building with two-tenant access are priced differently.

Getting a Written Quote
A written quote requires a walkthrough or a detailed building description. The fastest path to a real number is a 15-minute phone call where we collect: building address, common area square footage by floor, number of restrooms by floor, tenant count, and preferred service frequency. From that information we can usually provide a written proposal within two business days.
We do not provide estimates over email without a building walkthrough or detailed intake, because estimates without context routinely undercount the scope and create invoice disputes. A written scope and a written price protect both parties.
CAM Billing Support
If cleaning costs are passed through to tenants as a CAM expense, we provide a line-item breakdown of all charges that can be used directly in your CAM reconciliation. Supply costs are listed by product category and quantity. There are no management fees or overhead markups in the supply line item.
