Documented Service
Restroom service is logged by crew, date, and time. Common area completion is recorded. When a tenant files a complaint about a restroom at 11am on a Thursday, you can answer with a service log showing the clean at 11pm Wednesday, which tells you whether the problem is service frequency or tenant usage. Documentation is what converts a cleaning complaint into a manageable facilities decision rather than an escalation.
Insured and Bonded
We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning in multi-tenant buildings and are bonded. A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote.
